Who is it suitable for?

‘A Beginner’s Guide to Widowhood’. As preparing for the performance competes for my time with inviting people to share it, I’ve been thinking about who should be there.
Based on who this play has connected with previously, I should invite:

    • Introverts,
    • Extroverts,
    • Theatre aficionados,
    • People who never go to the theatre,
    • Women under 50 whose partners have died (like Suria),
    • Older women whose partners died when they were younger,
    • Older women whose partners have died in the last few years,
    • Women of all ages whose partners still drive them crazy,
    • Older men who were sceptical about the title but didn’t let it put them off,
    • Younger men whose partners dragged them along,
    • Single women who came to keep a friend company,
    • People who have experienced the horror of a child dying,
    • People who still miss their parents,
    • People who have good shoulders to cry on,
    • People who avoid saying the word ‘death’.
